By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the gggjili platform available at https://gggjili.ws (hereinafter "the Platform," "gggjili," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "the Player," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplemental guidelines or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

gggjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated via on-site notifications or email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the gggjili Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You do not have an existing gggjili account that has been suspended or permanently banned.

gggjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false or misleading information in connection with your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

To access real-money gaming features on gggjili, you must create a registered account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary.

Account Ownership and Use

• Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on gggjili. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license)

Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of the first withdrawal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. gggjili reserves the right to close unverified accounts and return deposits (less any bonuses) at its discretion.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your gggjili wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• gggjili does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts, or anonymous payment sources.
• gggjili does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account matching the name on your verified gggjili account.
• gggjili processes most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes via InstaPay, subject to your bank's processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable withdrawal fees are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• gggjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems potentially fraudulent or suspicious.

gggjili may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other incentive programs from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects an active game session, gggjili will review the affected game log and, at its sole discretion, void, cancel, or re-credit the affected bet. gggjili's decision on such matters is final.
• gggjili is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your own technical issues, including but not limited to internet disconnection, device failure, or browser incompatibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gggjili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, chip-dumping in poker, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to gggjili support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines or applicable international law.

All content on the gggjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interfaces, audio, and video materials, is the property of gggjili or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from gggjili.
• The gggjili name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of gggjili. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gggjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the Platform's operation;
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any content or conduct of third-party game providers accessible through the Platform.

gggjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your gggjili account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gggjili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

gggjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gggjili complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, with respect to the collection, storage, and handling of personal information of Philippine residents.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• gggjili will not sell or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to gggjili's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.

gggjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

gggjili provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Your account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or money-laundering activities;
• You are found to be using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or any competent authority require us to do so;
• You have engaged in any conduct that gggjili reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of games.

Upon termination for cause, gggjili may, at its discretion, forfeit any balance remaining in your account attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Any verified deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting gggjili support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days. Any balance remaining (after deducting applicable bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method.

gggjili reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gggjili will notify registered players via:

• An email notification to your registered email address (where applicable);

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and gggjili arising from your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact gggjili support and provide a written description of your dispute. gggjili will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within seven (7) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at the support level, it may be escalated to gggjili's compliance department for independent review. A written decision will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of escalation.
3. Regulatory Recourse: If you remain unsatisfied following gggjili's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines. You hereby waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
